Rock Springs Run State Reserve
Orlando, FL-This 12-mile loop east of the confluence of Rock Springs Run with the Wekiva River owes its beginnings to the Florida Freewheelers bicycle club. And, as you might guess with a custom-designed trail, some of the singletrack gets a bit technical. Hiking Trails

Blackwater River State Forest

Oleta River State Park
Miami, FL-: North of Miami, the Oleta River drains a portion of the Everglades into Biscayne Bay. Quiet Waters Park
Pompano Beach, FL-The singletrack loop inside this popular Broward county park was designed and built months before it was officially recognized by park officials in September 1996. As a result, the pirate rides on this technical loop of 5.5 miles created a reputation too good for area bikers to resist. Hiking Trails

Kissimmee River National Scenic Trail
Lake Wales, FL-Here is some of the most remote hiking available in Florida. The trail parallels the Kissimmee River, which is natural in some parts and essentially a man-made canal in others.
