Nunavut Hunting

Canada's Arctic Nunavut-The hunting of some species, such as Polar Bears, are highly regulated by the Nunavut Wildlife Management Board and the Government of Nunavut using a system of quotas and issuing ‘tags’ to the community. Populations are monitored each year and the quota reviewed annually to help preserve healthy populations
